Allison Phaneuf MS, CAGSAllison Phaneuf is committed to the education and self-improvement of others, and brings considerable energy and enthusiasm to every endeavor. She has spent the past fifteen years involved in education, corporate training and consulting, career development, and health and wellness coaching. Believing in the power of cooperative learning, Allison incorporates the use of experiential learning techniques into her seminars and trainings as tools for increasing knowledge and retention of information by way of a fun and interactive environment.

With graduate degrees in both Organizational Development and Counseling Psychology, she has been an adjunct instructor and guest lecturer of psychology at such places as the University of Hartford, UConn, Eastern Connecticut State University, and Springfield College where she has taught an array of classes including Workplace Psychology, Theories of Personality, Group Dynamics, Learning Theories, Cognition, and Developmental Psychology. Additionally, Allison is qualified in the use of the DiSC and Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and has successfully used this tool for seminars in diversity, understanding personality, and career development. Her current workshop list includes such topics as Customer Service, Communications Skills, Teambuilding, Time Management, Business Writing, Employee Hiring and Retention, and other custom programs.

She is currently a member of the Human Resource Leadership Association of Eastern CT, previously held the position of President for the Connecticut Chapter of ASTD (American Society for Training and Development), and has served on the Board of Directors for the Connecticut Challenge Course Professionals.
