Fabian J. De Rozario

Fabian J. De RozarioFabian J. De Rozario is a master facilitator and consultant in the subjects of leadership, diversity & inclusion, cultural competencies, trust, and communications. He has served in student services leadership, course instructor, and training facilitator roles at Northern Illinois University and at University of Arkansas at Little Rock. At the University of Arkansas, he was named the first Director of the university's newly constructed Donaghey Student Center, a premier student services, conference and fitness facility. From 1998 to 2006, Fabian served as the Director of U.S. University Relations and the Director of Global Operations for the Golden Key International Honour Society, managing a P&L of $3.7 million.

Throughout his higher education and association management careers, Fabian has facilitated and keynoted a variety of programs, ranging from ropes courses to intercultural communication programs via independent contracts and the university's continuing education division.

Currently, he serves as a consultant and facilitator of programs in the subjects of diversity, inclusion, leadership and intercultural intelligence, delivering programs at Fortune 1000 companies across several industries in the U.S., U.K. and China.

Fabian is active in the Asian community of Atlanta, which is the city with the second fastest growing Asian population in the U.S. He is the co-founder and President of the Malaysian Association of Georgia. He also serves as the Secretary of the Asian/Pacific American Council of Georgia and a Board Member of the Asian American Chamber of Commerce - Georgia.

In June 2005, Fabian received the Georgia Society of Association Executives President's Award and was recently named a "Mover & Shaker" of the association in 2007. In 2006, Fabian was named an honoree of Who's Who in Asian American Communities in Georgia.

He served as a faculty member of the National Intramural-Recreational Sports Association School of Recreational Sports Management and the Athletic Business Conference. He also served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Georgia Society of Association Executives.
