Mr. Rutland has nearly 10 years of training and development experience with a focus on creating healthy, high-performing individuals, groups, and organizations. Mr. Rutland's effective strategies and persuasive facilitative style aids him in building trust, commitment, and accountability among healthy, results oriented organizational teams. Kenya's work has included change management, customer service, diversity and inclusion, leadership, and team development.

Kenya holds a Bachelors of Business Administration from the University of Georgia and attended The Morse School of Business. He is certified in Adventure Based Counseling and several Organizational Development topics including Change Management, Customer Service, Diversity and Inclusion, and Group/Team Development. He has recently earned the certification of Learning Facilitator from Carlton Advanced Management Institute (CAMI), leading their conflict resolution and sensitivity training divisions respectively. Being learning oriented, he continues to supplement his education with applicable workshops and industry related conferences.
